1. Associate Green Advocate of Nigeria (AGAN): Open to lawyers, non-lawyers, and students with a background in environmental law.
2. Member Green Advocate of Nigeria (MGAN): Reserved for lawyers with an environmental law background or holders of an Associate Certificate who are lawyers.
3. Chartered Green Advocate of Nigeria (CGAN): Open to lawyers with a broader environmental law background and holders of a Membership Certificate.
4. Fellow Green Advocate of Nigeria (FGAN): For lawyers with advanced degrees and expertise in environmental law and related disciplines, and holders of a Chartered title or certificate.
5. Honorary Fellow Green Advocate of Nigeria (FGAN): May be awarded to a distinguished Nigerian with a proven track record and meaningful contributions to environmental sustainability and the growth of the Association of Environmental Lawyers of Nigeria.
